Senior Software Architect (m/f/d)

As a senior software architect, you will assume technical leadership and responsibility for the architecture of our Datapir application. You will drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions and realize them in close collaboration with our interdisciplinary teams. You will ensure that our technical solutions are of high quality and consistency by creating and maintaining architecture and design documentation.
Responsibilities as Senior Software Architect (m/f/d)
- You take over the technical management and responsibility for the technical architecture of our datapir application
- You will develop and implement innovative architecture solutions and successfully implement them in collaboration with the various teams.
- They create and maintain architecture and design documentation to ensure the quality and consistency of technical solutions.
- They analyze and evaluate existing systems and technologies, identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures.
- You support the continuous development of technical skills within the company by training and mentoring team members.
- They work with modern technologies and frameworks, especially in Python, and integrate DevOps practices into the architecture and development processes.
- You will build up an efficient and motivated team that develops and successfully implements innovative solutions.
Qualifications as Senior Software Architect (m/f/d)
- You have a degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in the architecture and development of complex IT systems.
- You have in-depth knowledge of modern technologies, architecture concepts and frameworks, especially Python and DevOps practices.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to solve complex technical problems in a structured manner.
- You are characterized by excellent communication skills and are able to present technical issues in an understandable and convincing manner.
- You are a team player and have management experience, ideally in an agile environment.
- You have experience in building and leading teams and in developing employees.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
